This spell affects an area of up to 40'x40'. Up to 120 hit points of creatures of 10 hit points or less, or 1 creature of 120 hit points or less can be affected. The duration is related to the hit points affected:

The creature(s) affected will be affected as if it were the morning after a heavy drunk. Loud noises will cause 1d4 hit points of damage per round and the victim will be unable to fight unless he makes a saving throw vs. Spell, and then combat will be at -4 to hit.

By means of this spell the caster creates a Windwall in circular form, so that any small creature in the area is blown around. The difference between this spell and the 6th level Twister spell is that the windwall formed moves away from the caster at 10'/round. The material component is an ivory fan and the feather of a roc.
