Beer Making -- 1985

13 November 2011

I made my first beer in January 1985 ... and made LOTS of beers in the next few years. Then I got more into the winemaking and made beer only sporadically for nearly 20 years. Couple years back I found my old notebook and typed up my old notes ... and now I'm finally getting around to publishing them ...
